Mark is helping shake up the retail communication world working remotely in a developer role at Retail Zipline.

Prior to this, for nearly a decade Mark has been leading a technical team at Guestfolio in an emerging hotel CRM market. This award-winning platform now services hundreds of hotel clients and millions of reservations internationally. Guestfolio utilizes a bespoke Ruby on Rails architecture with supporting React, Redis and API components.

Originally from England, Mark emigrated to Whistler, Canada in 2005 where he freelanced on a diverse range of client web projects using the LAMP stack. He obtained his BSc in Computer Science in 2002.

Mark is a father to 2 boys and a girl, a travel and outdoor enthusiast and enjoys dosas, sockeye salmon and english biscuits.
